No feedback. No critique. No Pressure. $8 per event. No subscription required. Includes access to TMI2 Facebook Page Community, Open Mic and participation in Quick Chats/ Improv Games.

  • Our Tell Me in 2: Open Mic is $8.00 each night. You’ll be supporting our artist hosts, investing in yourself and make some new friends!

  • You can perform anything you’d like. You can also join us as an audience member to get a feel for it. When you’re ready, you can join in!

  • No. This is just a showcase. Feedback provided in Tell Me in 2: STUDIO. Check it out…it’s a great place to workout material.

  • Open Mic requires a computer with camera and microphone, Zoom, and reliable internet.

  • No. Tell Me in 2 isn't a comedy open mic. Comedians are welcome, but so are storytellers, writers, speakers, entrepreneurs, poets, salespeople and people who simply have something they want to say.

  • You get 2 minutes. When time is up, we move on. Practice finishing strong!

    Moderator will notify you when you have 15 seconds left.

    Anything goes, within reason. Stand-up, storytelling, poetry, a speech, a rant, a story you’re working on. Please avoid superfluous talk about bodily functions.

    No feedback. Comments can be shared in the chat.

    Be supportive.

    Cameras on so it feels like an audience. No one wants to talk into darkness.

    Stay MUTED til it’s your turn.

    Avoid moving around. Excessive moving around is distracting.  

    Be still and WELL LIT.  Be sure to be stationary and well lit when you perform.

    No hate speech or personal attacks. Funny, edgy, awkward, vulnerable? Fine. Cruel? Nope.

    What happens in Open Mic stays in Open Mic. Don’t record, repost, or share someone else’s material or story without permission.
