Apple Cider Donut Cake

APPLE CIDER DONUT CAKE


Bake 350 for 45~50 minutes

12 cup bunt pan

2 Cups all purpose flour, 1 Cup whole wheat flour, or 3 cups of gluten free flour

1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1teaspoon of cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
11/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup oil
1cup apple cider
3 large eggs


Let cool about 20 minutes before removing from pan
Brush on melted butter
sprinkle with
1/4 cup sugar and 12/ teaspoon of cinnamon
